Booking & confirmation
A ride is confirmed once we acknowledge your request — typically within 15 minutes. Your quoted rate is locked at the time of booking. Rates may change over time, but surge pricing never applies to a confirmed booking.
Pricing
Airport transfers are billed as a flat rate by corridor, starting from $100. Meet & Greet at baggage claim is $40. Hourly charter is $110 per hour with a three-hour minimum ($330 guaranteed). Group and extended-fleet vehicles are quoted individually.
Cancellation policy
Plans change — we understand. Please give us as much notice as possible. A no-show fee of $110 may apply when a chauffeur has been dispatched and the rider cannot be reached. For scheduled airport and hourly bookings, cancellations made well in advance are not charged.
Rider conduct
We ask riders to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Damage caused to a vehicle may be billed to the booking party. Chauffeurs may end a ride if safety is compromised.
Our network
BuluRide rides are fulfilled by our own fleet and a curated network of Royal Chauffeurs who are independently owned, licensed, insured, and embrace our Royal Chauffeur Standard™ spirit.
Liability
We work hard to be on time and to keep every ride safe, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or flight changes. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
